Elena Grillo, Director of MRU Health, brings a wealth of experience to her new role as MRU Health’s Director. With years of expertise in clinical operations, her leadership promises to elevate the standards of healthcare delivery within the university community. Mrs. Grillo’s newly appointed position as the new Director at MRU Health is set to leverage her extensive background to enhance medical services and foster a culture of excellence in healthcare.
Dr. Jose Luis Lopez-Gutierrez, MD
Dr. Jorge Luis Lopez, a dedicated urgent and primary care physician based in Miami, Florida, has spent 14 years fostering patient satisfaction through his commitment to high-quality, patient-centered medical care. His career journey began post-residency at the University of Texas in 2006, serving as an urgent care provider at Lee Memorial Health System before founding Top Care MD in 2008, which eventually merged with Millennium Physicians Group in 2013.
Throughout his tenure, Dr. Lopez Gutierrez has passionately cared for a diverse patient demographic, addressing acute, chronic, mental health, and occupational medical conditions while orchestrating comprehensive inpatient and community healthcare services. His time at Millennium Physicians Group was marked by substantial professional growth, notably excelling in delivering outstanding patient care and satisfaction. Proficient in various quality-based models like Medical Risk Adjustment (MRA), Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC), and HEDIS benchmarks, his expertise ensures a bright and impactful future at MRU Health.
